We ship internationally to selected countries. To find your country, please visit Auspost International Delivery times.

All Auspost shipments include tracking. You can monitor your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Pinkstachio is not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@pinkstachio.com and we’ll work with Auspost to resolve it.

We cannot redirect packages once they’ve been dispatched. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
