Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of purchase.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.

Perishable goods (such as spreads, desserts, and other food products) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 30 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged goods).
Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

- Any exchange shipping costs will be at the buyer's expense.
Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t shipped yet.
